Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you enjoy your iSell-Thailand purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to the original vendor you purchased it from in its original condition, for a refund within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded
  • Returned items should not be visibly worn, visibly worn items will be returned to the customer
  • For hygienic purposes, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • There are no returns or exchanges on sale items – unless the item is physically damaged
  • If you requested custom alterations to your piece, it can not be returned.

Once your return is received and reviewed, the vendor will send you a confirmation email. They will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items and iSell-Thailand is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the process. As goods can take up to 7 working days to arrive with us, please ensure you allow adequate time for any return.
